Moana Diamond is a Pilates and Dance teacher as well as a personal trainer, specializing in making movement therapeutic, strengthening and enlivening all at the same time. As co–founder and CEO of Nautilus of Marin she has enjoyed teaching thousands of people how to become healthier and more vital.

She found her way to Pilates as a way to heal herself after a series of serious injuries. Her Pilates studies include The Physical Mind Institute and the ITT Teacher training group. She studied dance in N.Y. at Alvin Ailey and Martha Graham, studying acting with the late Wendell Phillips of Actor’s Studio fame, as well as vocal coaching with Judy Davis.

She was choreographer to Michael Narada Walden’s “Super Producer Tour” in Japan, featuring Shaunice, Tevin Campbell and Patti Austen.

Nigerian-born Ifeoma Ikenze, MD, is a practitioner and national advocate for homeopathy. Dr. Ikenze began her career as an allopathic (western) doctor and made the transition to homeopathic remedies after studying the teachings of Samuel Hahnemann, an 18th-century German physician who is the founder of modern homeopathy. Dr. Hahnemann believed that medical problems could be relieved by taking tiny doses of the natural substance that actually caused symptoms and he began extensive experiments on the curative properties of a wide variety of ingredients from the natural world.

Dr. Ikenze is a licensed MD and has been practicing homeopathic medicine for over twenty years. Dr. Ikenze earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein Medical School in New York and her homeopathic certification from the British Institute of Homeopathy.
