Christa Reynolds has been teaching yoga in the Bay Area for ten years, developing her own unique style Anasara/Iyengar inspired Hatha Yoga. Christa’s instruction supports students in creating more focus, developing greater awareness, building muscular and core strength while enhancing flexibility. “It’s important we learn to listen more to our core intelligence that resides in the body, leaving the mind to be the listener—the witness to all that’s beautiful and strong within us,” says Christa. Christa also developed the board game Enlighten, which takes individuals and groups on a spiritual journey around the globe to learn more about the many world religions and spiritual practices. She presently takes groups to different places in the world to practice yoga and touch base with their spiritual ancestry.
